“Le Quai Solidaire”
Our solidarity initiative launched in 2023 aims to highlight and support a good cause each year through fund-raising and awareness actions for our guests and teams.
In 2023, we were pleased to support France Parkinson, and in 2024 the Comité Handisport de Côte d’Or, with donations amounting to several hundred euros on each occasion. For 2025, we are delighted to announce that Maison des Familles de Dijon will be our partner.

The first sustainable label in France and internationally, rewards our commitment for tomorrow’s world. Since 2017, our teams have multiplied actions for Environment, Diversity and Inclusion within the hotel, while becoming involved in various local association projects.
Accueil Vélo
Accueil Vélo guarantees that all cycle-tourists receive a personalised welcome and services: bike storage, repair kit, cleaning kit, connection with rental/repair providers, advice on outings around the hotel, laundry machines, breakfast and catering adapted.
Travel Proud
Launched by Booking.com, this programme assures the LGBTQ+ community of booking an accommodation that truly understands inclusion and accepts all differences.
BREEAM
Thanks to renovation and new environmentally conscious equipment for our “Pompon” and “Rude” salons, we have obtained the BREEAM label, which evaluates and rewards the positive impact of a building on the environment.
